About Us

What’s The Story?

  • ROSC Healthcare was born from a shared frustration: professional development in healthcare shouldn’t be boring, irrelevant, or impossible to apply at the bedside. With a combined 25+ years in emergency nursing, paramedicine, education, and operations, we set out to change the game, designing training that’s learner-centered, hands-on, and actually worth your time.

  • Twelve years ago, Allan and Rob met in the emergency department—Rob as a paramedic, Allan as a nurse. When Rob became a nurse himself, Allan became his preceptor (whether he regrets that is still up for debate!). Since then, they’ve built courses, taught across the country, and pushed boundaries in emergency nursing education.

Scott, Rob’s brother, is the newest and arguably most important member of the team. A seasoned leader in operations and finance, he makes sure ROSC runs smoothly while the rest of us invent new ways to teach, engage, and improve care.

  • After years of development, ROSC officially launched to deliver relevant, energizing, and evidence-informed education to clinicians working in high-acuity settings. We focus on what matters most: critical thinking, real-world scenarios, and building confidence in the chaos of clinical care.

Our programs are designed by clinicians, for clinicians, with a firm belief that learning should feel just as human as the care you provide.

  • We don’t pretend to know everything. That’s why we work with an incredible board of advisors, from clinical experts to academic leaders to guide and challenge us. Their insights help us create better programs, stay accountable, and reflect the needs of the healthcare system more broadly.
